This case study explored the barriers preventing average Nigerians from adopting insurance, with a focus on onboarding, clarity, and trust. Through user interviews, I discovered that users value simple registration, minimal data entry, self-service dashboards, and clear guidance after sign-up. The key insight was that insurance adoption improves when the experience feels easy to understand, low-stress, and immediately trustworthy.
